@manuelmoreale.com I have a tendency to block any blogs behind paywalls (say on Substack etc.) because I think the idea is ridiculous. I don't even know what I'm paying for, but it asks me to subscribed. On the other hand, I liked the idea of "tipping" a writer, and I also have that built into my own blog, though not in a very obvious way.
You took this idea and improved it. I like the idea of one dollar a month, which is symbolic, easy to do, and at the same time, it builds the grounds in case someone wants to contribute more. The option is there, not required, easy to do. Smart.
