@manton thanks for posting this. I haven’t heard of 37 Signals (even though I’ve heard of their products, just didn’t know the company behind those) or their CEO or the philosophy described in the article you linked. But, after reading what Westendberg wrote, I had to do a bit of research and went down those rabbit holes that made this morning interesting… I’m even tempted to check out Hey more closely, even though my workplace would not integrate with it, so I probably won’t do much about it.
